UFC FIGHTER ARRESTED-
Dave Meltzer is reporting that Chris Leben was arrested Wednesday night in Clackamas County, Oregon for a DUI which resulted in a violation of his parole. Leben was scheduled to face Michael Bisping in one of the major matches at the UFC 85 PPV in London on 6/7. Leben is scheduled to appear before a judge late Thursday afternoon.

DEAL!

BUT EVEN MORE-
It turns out that Chris Leben turned himself in to law enforcement to be arrested for missing probation for a DUI. He had a warrant for his arrest and once he got the offer to fight Bisping on 6/7/08 in England, he knew he would not get a work visa with a warrant on his record so he turned himself in to get it off his record so he can obtain the visa for his fight. So, yes he was arrested. But no one is mentioning that he turned himself in.
